    Hi guys

I recently bought the WooCommerce Product Search by itthinx and I have an issue with the css not loading properly on my home page – it only loads correctly on WooCommerce pages. See following links and start to search for ‘tipping’ as an example – home page search results do not have the styled buttons. Shop page does. I have tried with StoreFront and Astra themes and can replicate the issue so I believe it is a plugin problem. But your support page does not give me an option to raise a ticket. I have tried all day on various browsers (Chrome, Brave, Firefox and Edge). Nothing. Itthinx refer me back to your page to raise a ticket. I’ve reached out to you on Twitter. No reply. Can someone help me to get a ticket raised on the account please?!
    Thanks in advance

    Hi there!

Can you use the logged out contact form if you’re not able to create a ticket from your WooCommerce.com account? https://woocommerce.com/contact-us

Select “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com.” then “Need something else? Contact us!” Use the email linked to your WooCommerce.com account in the form.

Please share more details about your issue with creating a ticket so we can figure out what’s going on.

    Thanks!

Thanks Darcie but those steps you outlined just took me back to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ and no form! I managed to get a ticket raised by filling in the ‘I want to migrate my high volume business’ form as that was the only one I could find. Would be good to get the contact form back up and running.

    Hi @cgreen177 ,

Thanks for the update, and sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties submitting a support request.

I understand that you have managed to get a ticket submitted by using an the option “I want to migrate my high volume business”, yes?

To clarify, when following the steps provided by @darciemg above, were you logged out of your WooCommerce.com account?

If you are logged in then you will be redirected to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/, however if you are logged out of your account, you should see the following form pop-up:

    Hope this helps!

Nope I don’t that when logged out – I just get a login screen instead pm a 302 redirect (trying in incognito mode on brave) ??

Ah yes! I do get the form if I am logged out and start from the beginning. thanks

    Hey @cgreen177,

Glad that worked! Can you share the ticket number created? I wasn’t able to locate that by searching yet. I’d like to look into why our form isn’t working for you to get help. Thanks!

I think the ticket number is 6180945 (under an admin email for my domain) – at least that’s the only reference I have

Perfect! I see the form is missing from that account, and I’m opening an issue with our developers to make sure the form appears.

In the meantime, I see we’ve replied to your ticket submitted a different way. We’ll get that sent to itthinx to assist you.

I’ll mark this forum thread as resolved, and we’ll keep helping you by email!
