Can't quick add item to cart or remove item from cart

  • When I’m on the shop page (https://sciencesportnutrition.com/boutique/), I can’t quick add an item to the cart with woocommerce. Currently, the only way to do that is to go to the product page and to add it to the cart.

    Also when i’m in the cart details, I can’t remove the product, and the only way to remove a product is to set its quantity to zero and update the cart with the big red button.

    Is there a way to fix this problem ? Woocommerce says that the Avada templates for Woocommerce are probably outdated, and maybe it’s due to that…

    yeah, but nothing change… I don’t know what to do, the avada support tell me to ask woocommerce support… Maybe i have to delete/install again the extension or it will not change anything ?

    Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    The avada support guy already try it but there is the same bug on all themes and with all the plugins disabled :/

    Do you have ajax add to cart enabled at WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display?

    This definitely isn’t an issue with WooCommerce core. Either your theme, a plugin, or your web host is causing the conflict.

    yes this option is enabled. Did I need to disable it ? Yes i guess too, but I have nothing in the logs and no error message, that’s strange.
