    Hi

I have enabled the CloudFlare option in CDN page, and I had input all the needs included CloudFlare Global API Key、email address and domain.

But every time when I created a post or update some contents, the LiteSpeed Cache can not purge CloudFlare cache to made my website most updated, so I have to purge it in Cloudflare dashboard manually.

In this case, do I need to install the CloudFlare official plugin instead and disable the function in LiteSpeed Cache to do this action? thank you.

    Hi,

I have tried this action , first time I see after purge CF, I still see CF-CACHE hit

but then I tried purge from CF dashboard , it still behaves same , that as it seems have few seconds delay.

Which I compared again , LSCWP menu purge CF seems behaviors same as CF dashboard purge everything.

    Please verify.

    Best regards,

    Hi

I’m facing not the same as you.

When I created a article in WordPress or update some articles, the homepage and the article single post page have not update for minutes (not few seconds) , even I clicked purge all cache with the LSCWP menu. I must click purge everything in CF dashboard manually that the homepage and contents got updated.

So I think is that LSCWP can’t get connection with CF when any updates made in WordPress?

btw. for more information: I have enable 「Cache everything」page rules for my homepage and all single post page in CF dashboard.

Thank you and sorry for my English.

    Hi,

May I know that you have enable CloudFlare cache on your pages ?

LSCWP never had feature that will automatically purges CF cache when post update or something.

It can only manually send purge all calls to CF cache.

    Hi,

    Then that’s the issue.

By default CF doesn’t cache HTML page as it shouldn’t do that anyway for a dynamic system like wordpress.

LSCWP doesn’t have feature that calls to purge individual page/resources when you post something.

there is a reason why default such caching is disabled.

If you really want to cache everything , CF plugin may be required.

    Hi @qtwrk

Thank you for your prompt reply.

We have CF cache everything for long times, it is because before I installed LSCWP we use Wp Rocket at past two years, and it can handle this correctly (automatically purge CF cache when any updates made), so I do not have install the CF official plugin.

Okay, nevermind, may be let me try to install the CF official plugin and see if I can make this working just like before the WP Rocket do.

    Thank you again.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback.

We also have a to-do feature for such thing that purge CF cache when posting something.

But for the time being , you may need to use a CF plugin.
