    Both of our Zen-herbs.com & Gummy-Vitamin.com sites have the same issue not being able to print shipping labels.

    We’ve updated our plug-ins, reverted to an old backup, updated credit cards.

    There is some issue on WooCommerce or Word Press’s side

    If you are having a similar error “Payment failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU”, please contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support as this issue is related to your account. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    If not, could you please share some screenshots of the exact error message so that we investigate? You can use?https://prnt.sc/?or?https://snipboard.io?to share screenshots here.

    Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    We have no idea how, but the website starting working the next day. Is it possible that someone from WP or WooCommerce fixed something on your side? I’m happy AND confused. Thank you for responding nonetheless

    It’s more likely that the issue resolved itself due to a plugin/theme update on your site.

    I am having the same issue. This is the issue I am getting: “Payment failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU.”

    I had also created the ticket but didn’t get any answer yet since 6hours now.

    Please help as it’s very urgent matter.
