Can’t Purchase Label after Payment Failure

    I tried to print a label but the payment failed, so I switched to another card. Now other labels print fine, but the one with the failed payment won’t let me purchase another label, no matter what I select. The “Purchase label” button is permanently greyed out.

    As I’m trying to debug this issue, I was wondering about the value you get by pasting and runningWCShipping_Config.shippingLabelData.currentOrderLabels in your browser’s console? The result should look like this screenshot.

    Please checkout this on how to Open Chrome DevTools or this for Firefox.

    I think I did it right. Here’s what I see:

    The fix for this issue is out with version 1.2.0, please upgrade and let us know if you experience the same issue again.

    Will do. I had to create a new order to replace the one that prompted me to open this thread, so it probably wont come up for a while!
