Can’t Publish A New Page

Hello,

I’ve just written an extra page for my WordPress website (www.the-big-swap.com), it’s all saved in the back-end (in the Manage/Pages section), but I can’t seem to see it on-line.

Do I have to create some sort of link for the sidebar first? How do I do that?

I’m flummoxed. I’m sure it’s something really, really easy and i’m being really, really dumb.
