    Dokan worked prior to Aug 30th. All vendor details worked. Even though we are the only vendor, we’re using the lite version to create vendors for different addresses. So we could ship and charge shipping from various warehouses around the US, depending on where certain products ship from.

    But now it stopped working. Our site hasn’t gotten any sales in a week. Narrowed it to Dokan. Our authorize.net plugin gateway in our woocommerce payment settings normally works. But now, trying to even test. If Dokan is on. You get to checkout, enter card into, and the submit doesn’t work. Not grayed out. But no processing. Doesn’t have any outbound ping to request authorization. Turn off the plugin, and it works immediately.

    Hi @mrchin,

    It seems like that is a site-specific issue. Would you mind sharing the payment gateway plugin that you are using so that the scenario can be replicated exactly? Sharing the plugin link will be helpful too.

    Also, you can take a look at your WordPress admin panel’s WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if there is any clues regarding this issue.
