Are you familiar with troubleshooting using Firebug? Are you seeing any errors in the console at that point, or what exactly is happening when you try to proceed? Does it trigger anything at all in the Firebug console?

The only thing I see in console is “Content Security Policy: Directive ‘frame-src’ has been deprecated. Please use directive ‘child-src’ instead.”. We are seeing this issue in Chrome and IE as well. To fix it in those, I have to click save on the paypal express settings page and then it works in those two browsers for some time but firefox still doesnt work.

That sounds like you could have some sort of a caching issue going on then based on the fact that it works for a little bit and then stops working in those other browsers. Can you try temporarily disabling any such caching / CDN services you have in play and see if that makes it work better?

Unfortunately, we dont have any caching/CDN services enabled right now. It’s consistently not working in firefox.

Are you able to temporarily disable other plugins and switch to a basic theme to see if it works with minimal add-ons involved? If so, then you could re-enable each thing one-by-one until the problem returns to find the culprit. If you can find the culprit then we could look to reproduce the problem and make necessary adjustments to get it fixed if we can from our end.

Of course, it’s best to do this sort of testing from a staging copy of your site. Your host can probably help you set that sort of thing up if you don’t already have it.
