Can’t Print Shipping Labels…

  • Please do not close this thread!! The Jetpack forum can NOT help us with this issue. They have done all they can do. We need someone who is familiar with WordPress and using the Jetpack plugin to print shipping labels.

    The Jetpack debugger says that everything is fine, but we can never get shipping labels to print. We get charged for them, but when we click on the Print button, the labels never print.

    If anyone can help us with this, please chime in and guide us. Thanks in advance.

  • WordPress doesn’t have any feature relating to shipping or printing shipping labels. This appears to be a feature built into the Wooocommerce problem you’re using, or perhaps even a Woocommerce add-on.

    I followed the thread you linked two, and on two occasions JetPack support advised you to ask your question in the Woocommerce forum or even contact Woocommerce directly for support.

    Have you done that yet?

    Again, this seems to be a feature built into your Woocommerce plugin. JetPack couldn’t help you because this has nothing to do with JetPack. You’ll need to bring this to the attention of the Woocommerce developers by posting in their support forum, or perhaps contacting them directly.

    And please note that… IF this shipping label printing feature is provided by a Woocommerce addon plugin (and not Woocommerce itself), then you’ll have to contact that specific plugin/addon’s developer instead.

    The above may seem like passing the buck, but it really isn’t. If you buy a brand new car today, your car manufacturer is on the hook for any issues. But if you pimp your car with any aftermarket features, you really can’t call your car manufacturer to support those features you installed ??
