have encountered a new issue with the shipping labels update.

Now, you can no longer print multiple labels for a single order unless you do it all at once. It used to be that you could print additional labels any time in the future. So, I could print a label, and then in 2 weeks print another one when something on backorder came in. But now I only have the option to track the existing label. I can no longer print a second label for an old order. This is a huge pain in the butt. Now I need to create new orders manually to print new labels. What a waste of time.

this is a downgrade in my opinion.

  • I am having this same issue. In my case if someone returns something we offer shipping back to them and I cannot create a new label anymore it just shows a button to track 1st label created. This needs to go back to the way it was or we might as well go back to using paypal multiorder shipping which was a pain. Thought you had something great here until this . . . .

Hi @mellowvision , @tangerine3: The behavior regarding the inability to purchase shipping labels after the initial purchase occurred due to a change introduced in the last release of WooCommerce Services.

This has been reported to our developers, and the ability to re-purchase labels for an order will be re-introduced soon. You can track the activity of the report here: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-services/issues/1843

Let me know if you have any further queries on this.
