• Hi.

I cannot print the backup codes generated. When clicking the “Print” button, it seems like a window or overlay is opening; but it gets closed immediately.

    Hello @daskm

Thank you for using our plugin. I am sorry to read about your issue.

What browser do you use and by any chance do you have a popup blocker? Can you try printing the backup codes using a browser in Incognito mode? Does it work?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks for your reply, @robert681

I tried in Opera and Firefox with disabled pop-up blockers. No success.
    Incognito mode also not successful.

In Firefox, a new blank window is being opened when clicking on “Print”.

Printing is the easier way for users to get the backup codes. No copying and pasting needed. So bit frustrated…

Hope you can sort it out soon.

    Hello @daskm

Unfortunately we can’t replicate this in our test environment, so this must be something specific to your setup. Do you have a staging website on which the issue can be reproduced?

If you do, can you please deactivate all the other plugins and confirms if it works with all the other plugins deactivated?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
