• We updated one of our websites to 5.0 and installed the new classic editor for our client to continue using. Now they can’t publish content, it just saves it as a draft. Deactivating it or switching to the block editor solves it, but the client wants to use the classic editor.

    Thanks in advance

    Okay.

    Now they can’t post content.

What does this mean, exactly? Why can’t they post content? What happens when they try to post content?

It just saves it as a draft. They can’t publish. My apologizes, should have been more specific.

What is their User Role? You need to be Editor or Administrator to publish, normally.

Author accounts may have issues with publishing edits to existing pages (known bug) but may be able to publish new pages.

All user levels are having the problem publishing

I have been using the Bharat theme for a few years now and suddenly I am unable to post or edit my media content as I have in the past. Any idea why this is so?
    Thank you in advance,
    Joel
