Can't post to my blog

  • I can’t publish anything to my blog. I type something in and try to preview the changes but all it shows me a screwed up version of my homepage with only the last change I added to it showing, and even then the text is messed up. If I just go to my homepage, the page is fine except the latest additions are not showing. I don’t know why this is linked to me not being able to publish my blog post, but it is. Can anyone help, and if they can, keep in mind I have no website savvy or aptitude. I picked WordPress because it was supposed to be easy for anyone to use to set up a website, but I’m finding that not to be the case.

    Please give folks here some more info:
    – Is this a new install or an update from a preevious version?
    – Are you on a local server or a remote server? Who is your webhost?
    – What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?
    -What plugin are you using? Where did you download the from?
    – Have you checkec the error logs on your server for a more specific error message? If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.
