can’t post to a category?

    i created a category for customer testimonials. however, how does one make a post to that category? there is no post form anywhere! the one post and comment there was made by me while logged into admin panel. how would a visitor make a post?

  • Hi,

    Visitor can not post directly..he must have to sign-up and logged in into the wordpress admin area to make the post…and you have set proper role to the sign up visitors so that he can make the forum posting..

    However, you can create on form into your blog and request require details from visitors and on submit you can do the database insertion query into wordpress database so that that post can be directly on your blo..but it will increase the spamming on your blog..

    i don’t understand most of what you wrote but where does a visitor login at? i would be happy if visitor could make a post then submit the post for moderation. any ideas how to make this happen?

    i’ve searched this forum for ideas but still cannot figure out how a visitor would leave a post on my blog.
