Can't post a ticket on WordPress Trac

    I’m currently logged in but I get a message saying:

    “You are currently not logged in. You may want to do so now.

    Error: Forbidden

    TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation. You don’t have the required permissions.”
