Can't populate services, staff etc

  • on the page with the bookings add ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL. if that makes the bookings work, you have yourself an optimization issue which you should be able to fix by following the troubleshooting guidelines in AO’s FAQ. let me know if you need addtional help in case if this is indeed AO’s doing.

    Hi,

    I have not managed to get to a page with the bookings as I can’t load the prerequired services, staff etc. I turned off AO and it made no difference. I think it’s a theme conflict as BU worked when switched to 2015 theme and AO was operational.

    I may try another booking solution as I am not a developer and don’t know where to start with looking at my theme (did find some js and jquery in function.php but guess this is needed for operation).

    AO makes a BIG difference in speed for my site!! Thank you.
