Can’t personalize a product – error 4-6971824-0

    Hello! I’ve created a product that my clients can personalize through Printful but when clicking on personalize design, it doesn’t work. The pop-up opens but I get the error code 4-6971824-0.

    Does anyone have any idea how to solve this issue? I have tried asking Printful support and all they said was that it could be my theme… I’ve tried activating the default theme and that doesn’t work either (not a good solution anyway).

    I would appreciate any help!

    Just realized you need to select the color of the item before you can personalize. The error code is VERY misleading. It should tell you what the problem is.

    Thanks for your feedback! That’s true, in order to personalize a specific product on your storefront, the product attributes have to be selected.
    I’m glad to hear that this is now resolved.
