Can’t pay with credit card

    Hi! I’m using WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway because I need clients to be able to pay with Paypal account and Credit card (via Paypal).
    I was able to record a sale correctly paying with a Paypal account but credit cards pay method it’s not working and remains “thinking / loading”.

    I don’t know if it helps or not but in Google chrome Console I see this message:

    Thanks for sending that over to me!

    Let’s make sure that nothing is conflicting with WooCommerce here. To test, first, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Checkout and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

    Hi Ross,

    I tried everything but the issue remains. I installed Storefront, deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and Paypal Checkout and I’ve got the same result.

    I don’t know if you try the website but just in case this is what I get “Loading”.

    I don’t know what else can I do to fix this issue.

    If you can replicate this on a staging site, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    We’ll likely need to login to have a further look at the issue, so please include a link to this forum thread, the staging site admin login using the https://quickforget.com/ service for privacy, and a link to your site/a product for testing.
