Cant pay for manual order with logging in

After creating a manual order, under order actions, I select “Send order details to customer” and an email arrives with the correct order information and “Your invoice is below, with a link to make payment when you’re ready: Pay for this order“
But when I click “Pay for this order” it forces me to login – Is there a setting allowing payment to be made without logging in?
Options is activated in settings:
Allow customers to place orders without an account

When you were creating the order, did you add a customer on the customer selector or did you leave it as “guest”?
Here’s a screenshot:
If you add a customer there, they will need to login to pay, as the order will be added to that specific account.
If you left it as “guest” and still had this issue, please let us know so we can assist you further.
