Can’t pass variable using url Get method with permalink!

Hi,
I try to pass variables with permalink enabled, but when i add some variables into the url, wordpress couldn’t find the page anymore.
Exemple:
https://mywebsite.com/here-my-first-page/&myvariable=1
How can i solve this problem?
