Cant override default styles on Submit button

For some reason I am able to style the complete form, but not the submit button. I even tried using !important, and also tried loading the styles from an external style sheet. I have no luck! You can see the styles when inspecting the element. But they aren’t changing the button. Here is a link to see the contact form – https://www.claytonmiller.com/contact/
