I have seen there that the auto_prepend_file
is indeed not active, although there seem to be no other connectivity problems, and even a scan result that Litespeed Cache plugin needs to be updated so it seems that the scan isn’t timing out.
When you say that you’ve tried troubleshooting steps, did that include attempting to optimize the firewall manually?: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/optimizing-the-firewall/#alternative-hosting-provider-setups

Let me know if manually attempting to optimize the firewall in addition to everything else still doesn’t work.
