Can’t Open ZIP File for Writing

    I am trying to import a backup into my new wordpress site (clean install, no plugins other than yours). Uploaded file, when I hit import it says Sometihng Went Wrong (note spelling error) and the log says

    01-27-2022 @ 03:17:25 – —[ New import started at 2022-01-27 03:17:25 ] PHP Memory: , WP Memory: 40 B
    01-27-2022 @ 03:17:25 – File fetched from the server, Import initiated….
    01-27-2022 @ 03:17:25 – Using PclZip module for zip file extracton
    01-27-2022 @ 03:17:25 – Cannot open /home/customer/www/mysite.com/public_html/wp-content/webtoffee_migrations/local_file_1643253427_2022-01-27-02-19-59am.zip for writing.

    Is there a step I missed, or something I need to do before importing?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Kindly make sure that the zip file is extracted without fail. For that, Could you please manually extract it by double-clicking on the zip file and check? Also, please make sure that the necessary folder permissions are provided. Let us know how it goes.

    yes. The zip file opens manually. As far as I can tell all permissions are correct.
