Can’t open the edit window for one of my pages

Good Morning,

I’m using: WordPress 4.7.4 running 1.8.7 theme.

I’m unable to edit one, specific single page on my site in html – all other pages work fine.

I click on ‘edit page’ for that page. I am directed to the edit page section in ‘builder template.’

I click on the three dots in the column section which opens up an ‘edit content’ option – but nothing happens when I click on it. No edit window opens up. It is as if it is a dead link.

Also there isn’t a partial page preview in the column section as per normal.

At this point I would be happy to copy the html and create a new page and start fresh – but can’t access the html.

I can edit all of the other pages on my site just fine.
