    Hello,

can you be a bit more specific about what isn’t working for you?

what is it that your customer is trying to do?
and what is the error your getting / seeing?

    some basic outlines:

    1) Make sure you configure the osTicket DB settings correctly in our plugin
    2) Make sure you set the correct osTicket version in our plugin settings.
    3) Make sure email templates are set.

once the basic’s are all good:
users can submit tickets in 2 ways:

    1) Contact style form (this pretty much just serves as a contact form)
    2) User ticket page/ create page –> this requires a wordpress login –> it will then link your mail from wordpress with a osticket user

once logged in and once you have a ticket using that email in osticket it should show up in the ticket page, where you can open it to see and reply further to the ticket.

    Regards,
    Marco

    Hey,
    thanks for the fast answer!

we have checked all the basic and they should fit.

The user can login an list his tickets, but if he wants to open its status, he only gets the message: no ticket available.

But the user can open a new ticket without any problems so the DB setting and the login should work.

the interesting thing is, that if you try this in the wordpress backend, we can open an see what the customer wrote.

To explain it better I’ve upload two screenshots

    thanks for your help!

    Good morning ??

    I have found another error.
Maybe its the solution for the error “no tickets available”.

You have to connect the sites:
    – thanks
    – new ticket
    – and create the site “helpdesk” ->by us “Support”

ive made this, but they dont work (they are not displayed -> new ticket and thanks)

    maybe this is the solution?

    thanks so much!

    Hello,

We have checked in our own environment and 1.9.5.1 runs fine (and shows details) for us.

i’m not fully sure how you mean the second comments.

basically you put the shortcode in a WP page –> and that page is configured in our plugin config.

aslong as DB and osticket version is set correct it should simply display the ticket details without issues.

If you want you can mail us the login details of ftp/ your site so we can check it out for you to : m.tiggelaar (a t) key4ce.com
