Can’t Open Setting Mailpoet Page

That looks like the tell-tale signs of a dreaded plugin conflict to me. (Ack!) Let’s do some internet detective work first, however, and see if we can find some clues.

Right click the blank page and choose “Inspect” or “Inspect Element”, depending on your browser. Click the console tab once the dev tool box appears. Are there any errors listed? If so, take a closer look at them and see if they give you some hints about what’s going sideways.

If that doesn’t help, you’re going to need to do a conflict test, which I know is a pain in the neck. The best place to do this is a staging site, so you don’t interfere with your live users, but we understand sometimes you’ve got to play fast and loose with your live site. Turn off all your plugins except Mail Poet. Go to the settings page and confirm it’s rendering properly. One by one, or in small groups, re-activate your plugins until you find the guilty one. Let us know what plugin it is, we’ll add it to our testing lab and see if we can help find a workaround.

I also had this – the culprit was the Cloudflare Auto Minify – specifically js
Hopefully these 2 can work together in the future
