Can’t open my plugins list (it says page not found)

  • Dear all,

    my problem is that I can’t open my plugins list and it says that page is not found. I don’t know what happened. As far as I know, everything else is working on my website, all dashboard functions too. I can even search for new plugins, but then the installation is impossible.

  • Hello, ssisovic, & welcome. There’s a lot you don’t tell us, so please forgive the questions.
    1) Could you please provide a site url?
    2) Are you on shared, VPS, or dedicated hosting?
    3) Is your hosting operating system Linux or Windows?
    4) Approximately when did this start?

    Last time I saw this, the site was compromised. But that might not be the case here.
