Can’t open mailbox

  • Hi,

    I’m setting up the plugin for a client who uses GSuite for their email. This means the Gmail IMAP needs to be used but I keep getting an error saying the inbox can’t be accessed:

    Can’t open mailbox {:/secure//}INBOX:invalid remote specification

    I know the inbox works because it’s accessible from any web browser. I’ve also checked with my host in case it’s an issue their end. I’ve also checked GSuite help docs and followed troubleshooting guides for third party apps accessing the inbox.

    I’m not sure what to do next.
