cant open "Create Ticket" page from user

if list ticket works but create ticket fails it’s most likely a premalink (url rewrite) issue.

basically the create ticket page obtains the ?service=new behind the url of the ticket list page (it’s one thing we didn’t fix up yet from the original plugin).

You can also try for a test to see if switching status to closed works.
as they also have the same type of url : ?service=list&status=closed

I tried url : ?service=list&status=closed but it doesnt worked.

I also refreshed permalink but still it giving error

what type of webserver are you running your site on?

(apache / nginx/ iis, etc?)
