Can't network activate plugins

    I’ve got a problem network activating plugins and reading other posts on this issue I think it might have something to do with a second wp install I made…

    I’m running networks+ with 2 networks (working fine) and decided it would be handy to install a second wp installation on a second database to use as a sandbox and as far as I can chase the origion of the issue this might have caused the problem.

    So I have removed this second install and the extra lines in .htaccess but the problem remains.

    I’d appreciate any thoughts on this!!
