Sorry, for the delay in response.
We have checked the Bookit Appointment Calendar plugin in our testing environment and it worked correctly, without any conflicts.
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and you have updated all the necessary plugins from the appearance -> install plugins.
Also, please make sure that, your Server limits are not lower than required by the theme.
Please contact your hosting provider team and ask to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:
max_execution_time 600
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M
After that, you can use the theme and all the necessary plugins on your site.
if that doesn’t help, To make sure this isn’t the root cause or a 3rd party plugin for that matter, are you experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your extra plugins (except Theme plugins ).
