Cant navigate tour / turn image

    Hello,
    I can not turn the image to look around.
    I can click on elements, however, I cant manually turn the image to look around.

    What could be causing this?

    ** RESOLVED ***
    Needed to renew the Pro Licence.
    It still did not work, so I had to disable mouse control (in Advanced controls) and then reactivate mouse control.

    Works perfectly now

    I have a similar issue to this. The tours can be navigated with keyboard but not with the mouse. Last time I used this it was the other way around. I’m not a pro user so only have the basic options. Any idea what’s going on?

    This issue is related to the Refactored version release.

    ?A few of our users faced the same issue.
    ?
    ?Here is how to solve it:
    ?
    -> On your WPVR dashboard, go to the Tours list.
    ?
    -> Open the tours one by one and update them.

    You don’t need to make any changes, just update them.
    ?
    -> Clear the cache and reload the pages where you’ve published the tours.
    ?
    The issue should be resolved after that.
    ?
    Please let us know if you’re still facing any issues after that.
