When you have an issue moving the tabs up and down, it generally indicates a javascript error on the page.

Can you head into the product page where you are having issues, and run through the following steps:

You can scroll down to find your appropriate browser.

It would be helpful if you can report back here with your findings. If you are hitting a javascript error, then it may indicate a theme or plugin conflict which would require additional debugging to help track down where the issue is.

I overlooked the javascript error in your original posting. What other plugins do you have installed on your site? And what theme do you have running on your site?

We’ll need to try and find where the conflict is happening, so we can figure out what is actually going wrong.

Our plugin works on a fresh install of WordPress with WooCommerce installed, so it may be a theme or plugin conflict somewhere along the line.

You can use the following tutorial, by YOAST, to help out with debugging the conflict:

Please go through the debug process, and disable all other plugins but woocommerce and our plugin and test with a default theme.

There must be a conflict.

If you redevelop the function to move tabs it would be nice.

I had the same issue, I was unable to rearrange my tabs. I disabled everything except Woo and the plugnin, 2015 theme. By chance I happened to have one product that I had edited visually instead of textually. The tabs rearranged fine when in visual mode. Went back to text mode and the tabs were stuck.

Brilliant AJWD! Worked for me as well.

With the current state of the plugin, there are issues switching between visual and text tab. There’s a new release of the plugin planned this month that should fix this.
