Cant Move Past Step 1

    HI There,

    Bust setting up my Google listing Via the plugin.

    I have completed the necessary steps but the continue button is greyed out and won’t let me move to step2:

    1. Connected Wwordpress.com
    2. connected to google account
    3. Connected t merchant center and claimed the account

    I just did not connect ads but this is not a requirement for free shopping listings. Please advise.

    Please note that connecting to Google Ads is listed as a requirement on Google Listings & Ads requirements.

    Please check this guide and make sure your website meets all the requirements and you went through all set up steps ??

    Hi Carol,

    Thanks for the reply. But this is not the issue; I have set up this plugin many times. What I’m saying is I can’t move past step 1. The continue button is greyed out. All my properties are connected.     Hi @nichemimi

    Google Ads is not a requirement for free listings, but it still requires it for the setup process. I would suggest connecting your ads account and seeing whether it makes any difference or not.

    If this makes no difference, follow these steps:

    Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.
