    Hi Simon,

Do you have logging enabled in the plugin settings? I would need to get a look at the log to get an idea of what could be going wrong here.

    Thank you!

    I enabled logging right now.

Ok, when it happens again please pull the log and let me see what it’s showing.

Our customers cant check out. Its always the same error.
“ERROR PROCESSING CHECKOUT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN”.
So what is wrong? We cant sell products.

That is very odd content to have in the log file. We should be seeing a dump of the request and response data. Are you sure this came from our log file?

Plugin is working right now in chrome but not in firefox.

In Firefox appears the same error like before:

“ERROR PROCESSING CHECKOUT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN”

Can you tell me where I can find the data of the log?

Are you familiar with using Firebug to troubleshoot that sort of thing? Need to get a look in the Console when the POST happens to see if any errors are happening.

    Thread Starter livefreshjuice

    (@livefreshjuice)

yes. the following data comes from the console:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/0d711bjm1ztvt50/Bildschirmfoto%202016-07-18%20um%2022.29.28.png?dl=0

    {“cart_count_products”:2,”wishlist_count_products”:0}

Invalid URI. Load of media resource failed.

Ok, well that would probably explain where failure is happening, but that is not something we’ve had any other reports of, and we cannot reproduce that on our servers.

I would recommend disabling other plugins and switching to a basic them temporarily to see if the issue goes away. If so then you can re-enable those things until the problem comes back.

One thing that can cause this sort of thing is caching / CDN services, so you may want to start by seeing if you can simply disable those temporarily.

For example, I know WPEngine has to do something special for you in many cases when you’re working with ecommerce sites. Are you hosting with them by chance?

    Thread Starter livefreshjuice

    (@livefreshjuice)

    We do not use WPEngine.

    This is the newest log-data:

I’m pretty sure that comes up when the Plus configuration in the PayPal account is not fully complete. Have you checked that?

Do you have became an e-Mail from PayPal?

    hi there,
    we have the same problem.
costumers are unable to process their payment.
error notice is shown. there is no connection to paypal.

the problem started exactly 01. of july
so i assumed it has to do with security changes by paypal.
since then i am in contact with paypal support, without any luck.

our caching is disabled. this does not change anything.
we are using woo commerce with plugin woo commerce germanized.

the paypal plugin, which comes with woo commerce is working.
so i switched for that in the meantime.
this way costumers can at least pay with paypal, but logically no credit cards etc.

    thx for helping
