Hi, I have a problem on my WordPress shop page. Basically when I try to edit the shop page from the WordPress backend (the builder is Elementor) it gives me “critical error on the site”, the problem only gives me that page if I try to edit other pages it doesn’t give me that error and even on the frontend side there are no errors but only if I try to modify the shop page with Elementor. Both Elementor and Woocommerce plugins are up to date (theme too). The reported error is the following:

  • Hi @webmastercreative

I see that the thread is marked resolved – have you solved the problem already?

If not, then in order for us to get a better idea of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Yes, I resolved the issue recreating a new page for the shop and now it seems to work and I can edit normally.
    Thanks!
    Regards,
