I manage an organisational website where the admin account is different from the “official” account of the organisation. We manage the site via the admin account, but we make sure to always set the official one as author when posting content.

I created an event via the admin account, but neither at creation nor when editing later the plugin lets me set the official account as the author. I checked that the entered user ID is correct.

    Hi Priya,

On the back end I always enter “7” as the correct ID, but when I save and refresh, it displays “1”, the account I’m editing from.

    Hi @kazerniel

In this case we need to look into further detail, so please create support ticket so that it can be further inspected.

I tried opening a ticket, but in 15 mins I haven’t received the confirmation email. (Address was input correctly.) I just noticed that you have a GitHub project, I can open a ticket there?

Edit: Nvm received it after half hour.
