Cant migrate wordpress manually.

I’ve migrated my site manually, say from site1 to site2. because I had only access to cpanel of site 1, the wp-admin was being redirected to free hosting server’s main page, in that situation I took decision to manually backup & restore of my site. I followed this method.

Now facing the following issue after loading my page, still no luck.
