Can't migrate subscribers – Jetpack issue

  • I just finished transferring my wordpress.com site to www.remarpro.com, and I’ve connected Jetpack. However when I click on the blue migrate button, nothing happens. I’ve tried this from multiple browsers and computers, and it doesn’t make a difference. Any suggestions on what I can do? Thanks. My site is planeandsimple.com.

  • I would definitely contact the makers of Jetpack about that. Thing is, your subscribers should be stored in your database. You should be able to download/restore your WordPress installation through the WordPress admin panel. Did you do that when you migrated your site?
