I’ve connected Forminator to EmailOctopus in your plugin which is great and I can map the checkboxes – for primary or secondary – in Forminator to the fields in EmailOctopus within Bit Integrator but the form will not submit to EmailOctopus. If I remove the field links for the checkboxes it will submit, bit I need to capture that information so that I know which email to automatically send out. Also tried with a radio button or select instead but nothing seems to work. Is it not possible to do this or is there a way around it please?

    All advice much appreciated.

We’ve investigated the integration further, and it appears that the current setup works well with radio and select fields. However, when multi-select or checkbox(multi-select) fields are used, Forminator sends an array of values for each field.

The challenge arises because EmailOctopus doesn’t support this type of data format (array ), leading to a breakdown in the integration. Could you please check if you are using the multi-selector multi select checkbox fields? If yes we recommend you please try again with radio and select fields
