Can’t manually add bookings

The documentation says I should be able to manually add bookings to an event:
https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/manual-bookings/But when I go to an event’s bookings page on my site, I don’t see an “Add Booking” button, just “View event” and “Edit Event” buttons:
