From what I understand, you’re having trouble managing your shipping methods on WooCommerce.

This could be due to a number of reasons, so let’s go through a few potential solutions:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, the browser cache can interfere with the proper functioning of a website.
    2. Try a different browser or device: This is to rule out any browser-specific issues. If the problem persists across multiple browsers or devices, it’s likely not a browser-related issue.
    3. Update WooCommerce: If you’re using an outdated version of WooCommerce, it might be causing the issue. Check if there’s any update available for WooCommerce and update it.
    4. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce: If the issue is resolved, reactivate each plugin one by one until you find the one causing the conflict.
    5. Switch to a default theme like Storefront: If the issue persists, it might be a theme conflict.
    6. Reset Permalinks: Head to your WordPress dashboard, go to Settings > Permalinks, and hit ‘Save Changes‘ without altering anything. This action will refresh your permalink structure and might fix the problem.

If none of these steps work, could you please provide us with more details such as the exact steps you’re taking, any error messages you’re seeing, and screenshots if possible? This will help us to better understand the issue and provide a more accurate solution.

You can use https://snipboard.io to share screenshots. Just follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you have that, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com/ to paste it and share the link with us.

I appreciate your patience and cooperation in this. I’m eagerly awaiting your response so we can get this sorted out for you.

I found the solution. The plugin: woocommerce cod advance made the conflict. I had to deactivate it, change the shipping methods and activate it again.

Great job on finding the solution! You identified that the WooCommerce COD Advance plugin was causing the conflict. Deactivating it, adjusting the shipping methods, and then reactivating it was a smart move.

Just a quick reminder – conflicts like these can occur when plugins aren’t fully compatible with each other or with the current version of WordPress or WooCommerce. To avoid this, always make sure your plugins, themes, and WordPress itself are updated to their latest versions. This not only helps avoid potential conflicts but also ensures your site remains secure and performs at its best.

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you ever have more questions or issues in the future, don’t hesitate to kick off a new topic.

Hope you have a fantastic day!
