Can't make updates of any kind

Hi, thanks for anyone who can help me with this problem :
I get many error message in my WordPress dashboard like this one :

“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this servers configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.).WordPress could not establish a secure connection to www.remarpro.com. Please contact your server administrator.in /home/adminfolle/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 83”

So I did contact my host(GoDaddy) but they really shoved the problem back at me. I tried :
? Deactivating all plugins
? Reinstalling the site.

So every update I tried to make, there seems to be a problem with the update file of that specific thing (woocommerce, plugin, wordpress…)
