Can't make the slider work.

  • Hello everyone,

    I’m new in the forumn and wordpress enviroment, and I have been with some issues relates to a template (the academica, actually, here: https://demo.wpzoom.com/?theme=academica). The thing is that I can’t seem to make the slider work, and I have no idea how to edit it. When I change the theme of my web, I see it perfectly but I just see the arrows of the slider, and no images. And when I try to create my own slideshow, I get the following error:

    CATCHABLE FATAL ERROR: OBJECT OF CLASS WP_ERROR COULD NOT BE CONVERTED TO STRING IN /HOME/U251801176/PUBLIC_HTML/WP-CONTENT/THEMES/ACADEMICA/FUNCTIONS/WPZOOM-FUNCTIONS.PHP ON LINE 328

    Does anyone knows how can I solve this? Most of all, I want to add images to the slider; I don’t know if this has something to do with it.
