can’t make reservation when pick the time within 4 hrs.

    Hi,
    The reservation form won’t let me pick a time close to the present time.

    Now is May/18 5:16pm, if I pick May/18 5:30 pm, it will say “bookings can not be made in the past.” This will present until I pick a time 4 hrs later than the present time, like later than 9:30pm.

    Sometimes, it will let me pick the time. The confirmation of booking will send to the person who makes reservation, but the booking info will never show under dashboard “bookings” and the owner will never get notification email.

    Hi @fay-zhang,

    When checking the booking request against the schedule, the plugin uses the timezone set in your WordPress installation under the general settings. If this does not match the location of the restaurant, bookings may be getting rejected at the wrong times.

    If you’ve set the correct timezone and still face this problem, there may be a plugin or theme on your site that is disrupting the timezone setting in WordPress. To find the culprit, switch to a default theme like TwentySeventeen and deactivate all other plugins. Then test to see if it’s working. If it is, you can reactivate them one-by-one until you find the culprit.

    Thanks, the problem is fixed. The timezone was wrong.
