Can't make Lightbox work

I know this is a theme issue, as it works fine when I switch to default theme. However I cannot seem to figure this out. Links are opening in a new tab. I’ve inherited this theme from the client but I’m not seeing any JS errors or anything that would relate to this. Any help would be great!
