  • Is there any reason you need to be in safe mode? Give us some more info so we can better help you. What’s your site URL?

    Thank you

Please remove your login information, as this page is public for all to see.

There is a good chance that one of your plugins is causing the issue.

Please try the suggestions mentioned at https://docs.elementor.com/article/184-cant-edit-with-elementor to troubleshoot this problem.

Ok I will do, so do you need me to deactivate all plugins to check which one cause the issue?

    Yes.

Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro (if you use Pro). If this solves the problem, reactivate each plugin one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin. If found, contact that plugin’s developers for help, or use a different plugin.

I have deactivated all plugins and this did not fix the problem, any recommendation?

    Hello,

Not sure if the issue still persists?
I see in your screenshot, that you are using Visual Composer Page builder?

Although some pull this off (for a while) I always advice not to mix two page builders into the same site. In my experience that causes issues, sooner or later…

It is like having two captains on one ship, they pretty much do the same and will “confuse” the system about who is in charge.

But I have already deactivated all the plugin including the visual composer builder, the problem still exist, and if I don’t use the visual composer builder my website doesn’t run correctly, so from where the problem then?

    Hi Waseemsannib,

I see that your page content was built using visual composer.

If the content has been built with another builder such as Visual Composer, you will probably won’t be able to see the content.

Please try adding a new page with Elementor, and adding the content using Elementor.
