I had some issues with Jetpack so I decided to disconnect en reinstall the plugin. Now I can’t get it connected with wordpress.com
    I get this error:
Something went wrong. You need to log in to WordPress.com to enable Jetpack
However, I am logged in. Any suggestions?

    Kind regards,
    Jurgen

    Thank you for replying.
    I have made three screenshots:
    https://nextcloud.jurgenenkatja.nl/s/ayxdYmoT9eiXGmG
Image 1 is just the notification to finish my setup.
Image 2 shows that I am logged into my wordpress account.
Image 3 is the message: “Something went wrong. You need to log in to WordPress.com to enable Jetpack”

I have already tried to switch account (in image 2). I logged into wordpress with my email and also with my username. Both times WordPress says that I am logged in, but Jetpack doesn’t recognise it.

    Kind regards,
    Jurgen

    Hi Jurgen,

Thank you for the screenshots. They look like part of the flow for connecting Jetpack on a site that is hosted by WordPress.com. However, I don’t believe that your site https://www.jurgenenkatja.nl/ is hosted by WordPress.com. Can you please confirm?

At this point, it might be best for you to contact us via the contact form here so that you can share your username and some other details. If you do reach out there, please include a link to this thread so we can join the two conversations together.

    Thank you!

[EDIT] I have no clue what just happened. I deleted Jetpack and reinstalled it again. This time the plugin directly connected to wordpress.com and all setting are back… Isn’t that awesome! Still don’t understand it, but at least it works again.

    Thank you for replying again.
If you mean that the site is hosted somewhere else? That is right. The thing is that we had Jetpack linked to wordpress.com until recently. That way we could use the analytics. However, we wanted to update Jetpack, but that didn’t work out, so we switched back to the version we had. After that, we couldn’t reconnect.
It is such a long time ago that we had set this up. I remember somewhere that the site just had to be linked to wordpress.com to get Jetpack going.
The link you gave: https://jetpack.com/contact-support/ doesn’t show a contactform.

    Yours kindly,
    Jurgen
