Can't login with username and password – possible plugin conflict

    I’m scratching my head with this one…

    I have recently installed some extra security measures (Wordfence, iThemes Security and Anti-Malware & Brute Force Security by ELI) after a site was hacked due to the Revslider plugin.

    The site has since been cleaned and Google removed the blacklist, but every site I have installed the extra security plugins on (not just the hacked one) is now inaccessible – ie. the username and password I set isn’t accepted.

    I suspect that the plugins are conflicting and causing this issue, but my web knowledge is pretty limited so not sure of a way into WordPress to configure the site.

    I can access public HTML via my FTP client, but it’s just the WordPress route I’m struggling with.

    I’d be most grateful of any assistance anyone could give!

    Forgot to add… I can’t reset password because it no longer recognises my username or email! Aaaargh!
