    Hi,

    I’ve activated 2 steps verification in the plugin and now duplicated the site to dev environment.

    I’m trying to login and see the screen saying I should wait for the pass in the email but I’m not receiving any email for over 15 minutes now.

    Please advise what can do. I can’t login….

    1. Do you have the same e-mail for the live and the dev websites?
    2. Can both of your websites send letters to your e-mail?

    Nadav, the email you sent to us is the email address of WordPress account or CleanTalk account?

    The authorization email sends to WordPress account email address.

    We have checked our plugin’s code and found no errors. We’ll add “email test” function in the next result.
    Do you have any other letters from your website like “new comment” notification or similar?
